Meet Alexis, our Hair Stylist
Alexis Wiggins has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2007, but her passion for hair began much earlier—at age 14, when she spent seven formative years training under a successful, knowledgeable stylist. Her commitment to education and growth allowed her talent to flourish, and by 21 she became the owner of Styles Beauty Salon, a thriving salon in Lakeland, Florida. As both owner and operator, Alexis remained committed to giving back, partnering with organizations such as Devereux Florida and Top Buttons to support low-income single mothers, caregivers, yound girls and adopted children.
Determined to share her expertise, Alexis began teaching at Artistic Nail & Beauty Academy at just 24, fulfilling her long-held dream of educating future professionals. Her career has expanded far beyond the salon chair, taking her into photo shoots, educational classes, on-site styling, and platform artistry at major hair showcases. In 2015, she joined the MPact Beauty Team as a colorist, traveling and teaching under the motto “Mpact the minds of millions one at a time.” Known today as Lexy Hues, stands not only as a talented stylist, but as a dedicated leader in her industry—passionate about inspiring others and advancing the field of cosmetology.

Meet Shaylee, the passionate hair stylist behind Shaylee Styles, with over 23 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry. A graduate of Ridge Technical College with a state cosmetology license, Shaylee has earned impressive recognition throughout her career, including second place in the Florida VICA competition for hair styling updos at the regional level, showcasing her exceptional talent and versatility.
Known affectionately as "The Bob Queen," she specializes in hair coloring and precision cuts, bringing artistry, technical excellence, and a personal touch to every client who sits in her chair. Shaylee's passion extends far beyond styling hair—as a mother and faithful woman of God, she views her work as a calling and a way to serve her community with grace and excellence. Shaylee is a testament of God's goodness, and her faith-driven approach infuses every aspect of her business and personal life, as she lives out her mission to make the world beautiful, one style and one person at a time.
