Ideal for close supporters and local businesses. Bronze Sponsors receive a half-page ad in the program book (you must submit your ad design).
All funds directly support the delegate.

$800 – $1,399 | Silver Sponsor
Designed for small businesses and corporate partners. Silver Sponsors receive a full-page ad in the program book (you must submit your ad design).
All funds directly support the delegate.

$1,400+ | Gold Sponsor
Best suited for premium partners and brand visibility. Gold Sponsors receive a full-page ad spread in the program book and free professional ad design if needed.

📌 Important Notes

  1. Gold sponsors receive complimentary ad design support. All other ad sponsors must provide print-ready artwork (PDF, JPG, or PNG, high resolution).

  2. Delegates may raise more than their registration cost to help cover other pageant-related expenses.

  3. Any excess funds sent to the pageant in error will be reimbursed, but checks beyond the required amount should be made out directly to the delegate.

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your ad looks its best:

🔹 Ad Sizes & Dimensions

Full Page Ad
• Size: 8.5” x 11” (no margins)
• Great for showcasing a full business or ministry message with images and details.

Half Page Ad
• Size: 8.5” x 5.5”
• Perfect for business cards, short bios, or messages of encouragement.

Double Page Spread
• Size: 17” x 11” (two full pages side by side)
• Ideal for larger businesses, feature stories, or creative brand layouts.
• Please submit as one continuous image or clearly label the left and right sides

🔹 File Requirements

• Format: PDF, PNG, or JPG (high-resolution)
• Minimum 300 DPI (print quality)
• Color Mode: CMYK preferred (RGB accepted)
• File Size Limit: 10MB
• Optional Bleed: 0.125” on all sides for full-page ads
